Integrated electromagnetic flowmeter and split electromagnetic flowmeter
The electromagnetic flowmeter is divided into an integrated electromagnetic flowmeter and a split electromagnetic flowmeter.

The electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive meter that measures the volumetric flow of a conductive medium in a tube according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.

Generally, the places where the precision requirements are relatively high mainly include the measurement of the raw materials into the factory and into the production equipment, the measurement of the finished product and the finished product, the measurement of the process recipe raw materials, and the measurement of the expensive materials.

Gas (air, nitrogen, steam) in public works in production usually uses vortex flowmeters, and various types of water mainly use electromagnetic flowmeters. These two options are economical and can meet the accuracy requirements. Generally, the places where the precision requirements are relatively high mainly include the measurement of the raw materials into the factory and into the production equipment, the measurement of the finished product and the finished product, the measurement of the process recipe raw materials, and the measurement of the expensive materials.

Electromagnetic flowmeter product details:
1. The instrument structure is simple and reliable, has no understandable parts, and has a long working life;
2. There is no intercepting flow blocking component, there is no pressure loss and fluid blockage;
3. The measurement accuracy is not affected by the type of the measured medium and its physical quantity parameters such as temperature, viscosity and pressure, and the precision is high;
4. The use of different combinations of electrode materials such as Teflon lining and HC, HB, 316L, titanium, etc. can be used to measure a wide flow range of different media, the range ratio is 20:1, 50:1.

Electromagnetic flowmeter structure classification:
Integrated electromagnetic flowmeter: The converter and the sensor are directly assembled into one unit and are not separable. Commonly used in sites with good environmental conditions.
Split-type electromagnetic flowmeter: The converter is composed of a special cable and a sensor. The sensor is installed on site and the converter is installed in a better place. It is often used in places with poor environment, such as in the well, near the high temperature, where people are inconvenient to reach.
